An experienced public health, workforce development, human resources, and community engagement professional who provides consulting and contract-based support to organizations and communities. With a background in administrative leadership, program development, community outreach, and Tribal relations, Jami brings a strategic and culturally responsive approach to each project. Her experience includes developing workforce initiatives, supporting organizational operations, facilitating trainings and community events, strengthening partnerships, and providing individualized support to Native and Indigenous communities. Jami holds a B.A. in Community Development and Public Health with an emphasis on Tribal Communities from The Evergreen State College and is pursuing a Master of Public Administration focused on Public Policy. She is passionate about helping organizations build effective systems, strengthen community connections, and create meaningful, sustainable impact.
